Description

Type 1 Surge Protection Device (SPD) is a high-performance lightning current arrester designed to protect electrical installations from direct lightning strike currents. It is installed at the service entrance or main distribution board (MDB), especially in buildings equipped with an external lightning protection system (LPS).

Type 1 SPDs are capable of safely discharging high-energy lightning impulse currents (10/350 μs waveform) directly to earth, preventing dangerous surge energy from entering the internal electrical network. This first line of defense significantly reduces the risk of fire, insulation failure, equipment damage, and system downtime caused by lightning strikes.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The customer reports the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Note:
Due to the technical nature of electrical components, installed or used products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Once verified, we will arrange pickup from the delivery address.

3. Refund Processing
Refund will be processed in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

4. Non-Returnable Products
