STAR AGENCIES WOODEN BELAN YELLOW CHAPATI ROLLER

The Star Agencies Wooden Belan Yellow Chapati Roller is a traditional belan finished in yellow for a cheerful look. Yellow Finish: The coloured finish makes the belan easy to spot on a busy counter and gives a lively accent to a modern kitchen while the barrel underneath is still wood. Classic Rolling Feel: The slim wooden barrel and end handles give fine control over dough thickness, which is what makes chapatis round and pooris puff evenly. Daily Indian Rolling Jobs: Roll wheat chapatis for school and office tiffins, Kerala parottas for dinner, rice pathiri, poori discs for a festive breakfast and thin sheets for samosa and cutlet coatings. Light and Comfortable: The standard-weight belan suits cooks who prefer a quick, light rolling action over a heavy pin. Pair with a Rolling Board: Works best on a wooden chakla or a floured granite slab. Care Tip: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry at once, do not soak or run through hot water, keep away from the flame so the finish does not blister, and store it dry.
