The Ritu White Chopping Board No. 5 is the biggest board in the series and is meant for serious kitchen work. Large Size No. 5: With size 5 you can line up a whole cabbage, a bunch of long beans or a kilo of onions for sadya preparation and keep working without clearing the board repeatedly. Thick White Plastic: The heavier gauge plastic stays flat under a cleaver when cutting chicken or fish and does not flex like thin boards. Suits Kerala Cooking Volumes: Useful on days when the household prepares aviyal, thoran and pachadi together, during Onam and wedding-season cooking, or in a small catering unit and hostel mess. Multi-Purpose Surface: Besides chopping, it works as a clean base for shaping cutlets, cutting murukku lengths or kneading chapati dough on a limited counter. Care Tip: Clean with hot soapy water and a scrub pad, rinse well and stand it upright to dry; avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for long as that can warp plastic boards.
