RITU POTATO MASHER 1N

The Ritu Potato Masher 1N is a single hand-operated masher from Ritu with a flat, perforated pressing head. Perforated Head: Boiled potato is pushed through the holes with each press, giving a smooth, lump-free mash faster than the back of a spoon or a ladle. Indian Kitchen Uses: Mash potatoes for aloo paratha stuffing, cutlets, bonda, samosa filling and masala dosa curry; crush boiled vegetables for pav bhaji; mash boiled tapioca for kappa puzhukku; and soften boiled dal or vegetables for toddlers and elders. Sturdy Handle: The upright handle lets you press down with your palm, using body weight rather than wrist strength, which makes mashing a kilo of potatoes for a party manageable.
