RITU PEELER SWIFT

The Ritu Peeler Swift is the fast, light-handling peeler in Ritus line-up. Swift Action: The blade angle and light body let you peel with quick, short strokes, so a bowl of potatoes for the evening fry or carrots for the lunch box salad is done in minutes. Light And Handy: Weighs very little and fits any hand, making it a good first peeler for teenagers and a comfortable one for elders. Common Indian Uses: Peel potatoes, carrots, cucumber, radish for sambar, apples and pears for fruit salad, and the skin of raw banana for mezhukkupuratti. Less Waste Than A Knife: Removes a thin skin layer and leaves more of the vegetable to cook. Easy Storage: Slim enough for a cutlery tray or a hook near the sink. Care Tip: Rinse under running water after use, dry it immediately to avoid rust spots in the humid Kerala monsoon, keep it away from the dishwashers hottest cycle if you use one, and store with the blade covered or facing away from fingers.
