The Ritu 5 in 1 Grater Stainless Steel gives you five grating and slicing surfaces in a single stainless steel tool from Ritu. Five Cutting Faces: Coarse and fine grating faces, a slicing edge and smaller shredding patterns let you choose the texture, from fine ginger and garlic paste to thick carrot shreds for salad and slices for chips. Stainless Steel Body: Sharp, rust-free and food-safe, standing up to daily use and the dampness of a Kerala kitchen. Indian Kitchen Uses: Grate carrot for gajar halwa and carrot thoran, coconut for garnishing, cheese for sandwiches, beetroot for raita, and raw mango for pickles and chutney. Space Saver: One flat grater hangs on a hook and replaces three or four separate tools in the drawer.
