The Orkana Wooden Nirlip - 5 is the top size in the Orkana wooden nirlip series and is built for the biggest cooking vessels. Feast-Scale Ladle: The big bowl and long handle are made for the large urulis and andas used at wedding sadyas, temple feasts, hostel kitchens and house functions where a hundred plates are served from one vessel. Serving Speed: One scoop fills a sadya leaf serving of sambar or a full bowl of payasam, so serving a line of guests goes fast.
