The Orkana Wooden Nirlip - 3 is the middle size of the five Orkana wooden nirlips and the all-round choice for most homes. Mid-Size Reach: The longer handle reaches the bottom of a deep rice pot or kanji vessel, and the bowl holds a generous serving of sambar, avial or payasam for the table. Everyday Stirring: Stir rice as it boils so it does not stick, fold vegetables into avial without mashing them, keep payasam moving as the milk reduces and mix large pans of upma or puttu podi.
