The Orkana Wooden Nirlip - 2 is the second size in the Orkana wooden nirlip range of traditional stirring and serving ladles. Daily Curry Companion: Size 2 is matched to the medium vessels of a typical household, stirring fish curry in a clay chatti so the pieces are not broken, mixing sambar and ladling moru curry over rice at lunch. Gentle On Vessels: Wood will not scratch non-stick pans, chip earthenware or scrape the seasoning off an iron cheena chatti, and it never gets too hot to hold. Serving And Stirring In One: The bowl of the ladle is deep enough to serve, so you do not need to swap utensils between stove and table. Natural Wood Finish: Each nirlip is wood, so grain and shade vary slightly from piece to piece, which is normal for a wooden utensil. Sizing Guide: Choose size 1 for small pans, size 2 for medium family curry pots, and sizes 3 to 5 as the pot grows.
