Abrasive Green Fibre: The green scrub surface lifts stuck-on rice, burnt sambar, dosa batter and oily residue from steel vessels, kadais, pressure cookers and iron cheenachattis. Everyday Kerala Kitchen Use: Scrub stains off steel plates after a fish curry meal, clean the gas stove top, scour the inside of a sooty aluminium pot, or wash the tawa after dosa. Pair With Dish Wash Bar: Rub the pad on a bar of dish soap or add a drop of liquid and scrub in circles, then rinse the vessel well. Where Not To Use: Avoid non-stick pans and glass cookware, which need a soft sponge. Care And Replacement: Rinse the pad after each use, squeeze out and dry; change to a new pad once the fibres flatten or the pad starts to smell.
