Jumbo Size For Bulk Cooking: The Large Jumbo is Orkanas largest wooden ladle, with a longer handle and a bigger head than the Large, designed for the deep uralis and big vessels used when cooking for functions. Feast-Day Essential: It is the ladle for stirring palada payasam for a sadya crowd, cooking sarkara varatti in bulk, reducing jaggery syrup, or mixing enormous quantities of upma and rice at a house function. Cool, Safe Handle: Wood does not conduct heat, so even over a wood fire or a large gas burner the handle stays comfortable to hold.
