Single-Cup Size: Size 1 is the most compact Orkana coffee strainer, sized to rest over one tumbler or cup, which makes it ideal for a quick morning filter coffee or a single cup of tea. Fine Mesh: The mesh is fine enough to hold back coffee powder and tea dust so only clear liquid passes through. Steel Construction: Made of steel, it does not rust easily in a humid Kerala kitchen and stays hygienic with ordinary washing. South Indian Coffee And Chai: Use it to strain boiled coffee decoction, filter chai leaves from a small saucepan, or strain lemon pulp for a glass of juice. Numbered Sizes: Orkana sells this strainer in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, with higher numbers for more cups; size 1 is for one person at a time. Cleaning Tip: Rinse under the tap as soon as you finish so coffee grounds do not dry in the mesh, and leave it to air dry.
