The Four Brothers Z Peeler is a vegetable peeler from Four Brothers, named for its Z-shaped handle profile. Z-Shaped Grip: The angled handle keeps your wrist straight and the blade flat against the vegetable, which makes long strokes down a carrot or cucumber easier than with a straight peeler. Thin, Even Peel: The blade removes a thin skin so more of the vegetable ends up in the pot and less in the bin. Kerala Kitchen Prep: Peel potatoes for masala, carrots and beans for thoran, cucumber for salad, raw mango for pickle, ginger for chaya and chena or kappa for curry. Garnish Trick: Shave thin ribbons of carrot or cucumber for salads and sandwiches.
