Four Brothers Trio Steamer Small & Idly Pot is the smaller companion to the Big Trio steamer, built for homes that cook for two or three. Compact Steamer Plus Idli Pot: It combines a water vessel and idli plates in one unit, so a bachelor flat or a newly married couple can steam idlis one day and kozhukatta, ada or vegetables the next, all from the same pot. Small Footprint: The Small model fits a single burner, stores in a narrow cupboard and uses less water and gas, heating up quickly for a weekday breakfast. Four Brothers Stainless Steel: Made in stainless steel, so it will not rust in coastal Kerala air, keeps no stain from turmeric or batter, and cleans with a plain scrub. Beyond Idli: Steam a handful of nendran banana for breakfast, a small batch of ela ada during Onam, momos for the children, or vegetables for a light dinner.
