The Four Brothers Smart Kadai (Small) is the smaller of the two Smart kadais from Four Brothers, a stainless steel kadai sized for everyday small cooking. Compact Size: Big enough for a two-person thoran, a few vadas or pappadams, a small halwa or one portion of upma, and light enough to lift with one hand. Stainless Steel: Rust-free and non-reactive, it needs no seasoning and takes sour and spicy dishes without any metallic taste. Less Oil, Faster Heat: The rounded, deep base concentrates oil for shallow frying with a smaller quantity and heats quickly on a small burner. Roasting And Tempering: Dry-roast rice for puttu podi, roast coconut for varutharacha curry or make a heavy tempering for sambar. Care Tip: Wash with a soft scrubber after frying, dry well, and nest it inside the big kadai to save shelf space.
