FOUR BROTHERS SMART KADAI BIG

The Four Brothers Smart Kadai (Big) is a stainless steel kadai from Four Brothers in the larger of its two Smart sizes. Family-Size Bowl: The big kadai takes enough oil to deep-fry a batch of pappadam, uzhunnu vada, pazham pori or banana chips in one go, and has the width to toss a thoran or upperi for a full family. Stainless Steel: Rust-free, non-reactive steel that does not need seasoning like iron and will not react with tamarind or tomato in a curry. Deep Curved Sides: The rounded shape lets you fry with less oil than a flat pan and stir vegetables without them escaping over the rim. Many Dishes, One Pan: Use it for payasam, halwa, masala roasting for curry powders, or boiling a large quantity of tapioca.
