FOUR BROTHERS PRIME IDLY STAND 3 PLATES

Four Brothers Prime Idly Stand 3 Plates is the stand-only option for homes that already have a pressure cooker or a deep vessel to steam in. Stand, Not A Full Cooker: This is the stacked idli plate assembly on a central rod with a handle on top; you place it inside a cooker with a little water, close the lid without the weight, and steam. Three Plates Of Idlis: The three tiers steam a family-size batch in one round, enough for a breakfast of idli, sambar and chutney for four. Prime Range Stainless Steel: Four Brothers makes the Prime plates in stainless steel, so they do not rust, do not react with fermented batter, and are easy to scrub after each use. Space-Saving: Because the stand uses the cooker you already own, it needs almost no storage space, which suits small flats and hostel kitchens. Fits Standard Cookers: Check that your cooker is tall enough for three plates with the lid closed; it usually suits 5 litre and larger cookers. Tip: Oil the moulds, fill them three-quarters, and use a wet spoon to lift the idlis after they rest for a minute.
