FOUR BROTHERS OPTIMA IDLY MAKER 8 IDLY

Four Brothers Optima Idly Maker 8 Idly is the smallest of the Optima idli makers, built for homes that need just a few idlis at a time. Eight Idlis Per Batch: Two people get a full breakfast from a single steaming, and the pot heats up faster and uses less water and gas than a large idli cooker. Own Pot With Lid: The set comes with its own steaming vessel, idli plates and lid, which keeps it independent of your pressure cooker and makes it easy to carry to a hostel room or a small rented kitchen. Stainless Steel Quality: Four Brothers uses stainless steel throughout, so it will not rust in coastal Kerala air, will not react with sour fermented batter, and polishes up with a normal scrub. Light And Space-Saving: The compact size stores in a small cupboard and sits comfortably on a single burner stove. Breakfast And Tiffin: Fresh idli with chutney powder and coconut oil is a healthy start, and eight idlis is also the right quantity for a lunchbox. Tip: Add water to the pot before heating, grease the moulds lightly and steam ten to twelve minutes.
