The Four Brothers Nano Peeler is a small vegetable peeler from Four Brothers, sold under the Nano name for its compact size. Compact Hand Tool: Small and light, it fits in a drawer or a cutlery stand and is easy for anyone in the family to use. Sharp Peeling Blade: The blade takes off a thin skin so less of the vegetable is wasted than with a knife. Daily Kerala Prep: Peel potatoes for masala dosa filling, carrots and cucumber for salad, raw mango for pickle, chena and kaya for thoran, and ginger for chaya. Beyond Peeling: Shave thin coconut or carrot ribbons for garnishing, or slice thin chips from raw banana.
