Four Brothers Idiyappam Stand 3 is the three-plate version of the brands idiyappam steamer stand. Purpose-Built For Idiyappam: The stand carries three perforated plates stacked on a central rod, and each plate holds pressed nests of rice-flour noodles so steam rises through the holes and cooks them evenly. Three Plates, One Steaming: Three plates cook enough idiyappam for a small family in one go, which saves gas and time on a busy school morning. Fits Standard Cookers: The stand goes inside a pressure cooker (without the weight) or a deep steaming pot with a little water at the bottom, the same way an idli stand is used.
