The DOMS Self Centering Compass 360 Degree is a budget drawing compass from DOMS whose self-centering mechanism keeps the pencil and needle legs aligned so students can draw clean, accurate circles and arcs for geometry constructions at a very low price.
1
Self-Centering Legs: The compass is built so both legs open evenly from the centre, keeping the pencil tip and needle point level, which produces a true circle instead of a wobbly one. Full 360 Degree Turn: It swings through a complete rotation in one smooth movement, so circles and arcs close neatly without lifting and re-aligning. Geometry Class Essential: Kerala students from Class 5 onwards need a reliable compass for constructions, angle bisectors and circle theorems, and this DOMS model covers the syllabus at a pocket-money price. Fits Standard Pencils: The holder takes a regular-size graphite pencil, so there is no need for special leads. Compact For The Geometry Box: It slips into any standard compass box alongside the scale and set squares. Usage Tip: Tighten the pencil holder screw before use, press the needle lightly so it does not pierce through the page, and keep the needle covered in the box to avoid pricks.
