ALPHA KNIFE SHARPNER 6 WHEEL

Alpha Knife Sharpener 6 Wheel is a handheld, six-wheel knife sharpener from Alpha. Six-Wheel Action: The blade is drawn through a slot where six small sharpening wheels work on both sides of the edge at once, so each pull sharpens evenly and quickly. No Skill Needed: Unlike the traditional sharpening stone or the roadside knife grinder, a pull-through sharpener holds the angle for you; anyone in the house can use it. Kerala Kitchen Use: Knives dull fast from cutting coconut, fish, chicken bones and fibrous vegetables like raw jackfruit and banana stem, and a quick sharpen before cooking makes chopping safer and faster. Compact: Small enough to live in the cutlery drawer. Suits Common Knives: Use for ordinary stainless steel kitchen knives and vegetable knives; not meant for serrated bread knives or scissors. Usage Tip: Place the sharpener on a flat surface, hold it firmly, and draw the knife through from heel to tip with light pressure five or six times, then rinse and wipe the blade before use.
